Our client is a privately held manufacturer of steel products used in concrete reinforcement.  With multiple manufacturing locations throughout the United States, our client is looking to add a Director of Safety to provide uniform leadership to all manufacturing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the safe operation for all company manufacturing plants.
• Insure compliance with all procedures and policies as well as conduct routine safety inspections and audits.
• Reporting to the CEO
• Oversee maintenance of equipment
• Safety training of plant employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
• 8+ Years Manufacturing Experience
• Previous Leadership Responsibility
• Extensive Background in Safety
• Bilingual- English and Spanish
• OSHA Regulations Training
