Our client, a stable and growing LED signal and lighting manufacturer, actively seeks a Market Segment Manager.  This company is currently the highest ranked in its respective market.  The incumbent Market Segment Manager will have overall responsibility of researching, identifying, and developing traffic safety, construction, and utility markets; and coaching and guiding a sales force in developing new and existing business within identified markets.  Ideal candidates will possess 10+ years of marketing/sales experience in strobe/LED safety lighting; 3+ years experience marketing traffic safety, construction, and utility LED/strobes; and experience with strobe/LED lights, solar beacons, and barricade lights.  College degree is highly preferred.  The territory for this position is North America, and thus will require 50%-70% travel.  This is a rewarding opportunity and will allow a driven and knowledgeable individual to develop a fertile market segment from the ground up.  If interested in this opportunity, please contact Dan Barna at 404-327-5205 or dbarna@www.rmasales.com.
