Interviewing can be a very overwhelming process.  The broad, open ended questions tend to leave the interviewee wondering what the interviewing is looking for in their answer.  Thus, often the answers to these questions seem vague and tend to go in circles.  Selena Kohng elaborates how to answer the tough interview questions such as:

“What are your weaknesses?”
 “What would others say about you?”
“Where do you see yourself in five (or ten) years?”
